ethan can be described as being borderline adrenaline-junkie. he prefers to get himself into trouble and walk away like nothing happened. this doesn't mean he likes pain, however. he does like the usual solitary confinement from time-to-time, usually not always by himself -- most likely with a lovely young woman. he does like to be left alone at times and prefers to keep to himself. he's one of those guys who prefer to strut around and act noble. he's actually the exact opposite, but he tries his best. when someone does get into trouble, he may not act right away and go save them, hesitating before hitting someone in the back of the head with a beer bottle or make them temporarily deaf.

however, ethan is still quite nice and gentle. if he seeks attention, he'll do so. but he wants it when he does, not when he doesn't. he's scared of love and falling into it, but he won't come off as skittish around girls of any age. ethan feels he may hurt them and he doesn't want that.

only three words can really describe aspen well: flirty, demanding, and domineering. her way is the only way in her mind, and if that way is broken, then so is your dignity. she likes to be in control and enjoys the attention of it -- sometimes. aspen tends to make the others feel uneasy and uncomfortable and usually attacks that, which makes her feel even more powerful then she really is. she's small, yes, but her attitude is what counts.

despite her demanding and domineering ways, she may step back and allow others to take control of situations when she can't do it herself. she may feel incompetent sometimes, but the fight won't be over until she gives the word. she will raise a white flag, but that may be a cover up. she seems trusting, but she's like a black widow. don't go near her web.

awkward. bitter. sweet. sometimes saucy. he can be overly joyful and overly excited, yet what makes this detective unique is his courage to stand up for people. he can be fatherly and welcoming, while also being a bit angry and cruel with his words without meaning to. being an officer, he has a duty to keep his new chicago citizens in check and out of trouble, which leads to his helpful nature.

quentin enjoys helping others, whether its his own people or others. he also enjoys sneaking around and being a little bad at times. quentin can run amuck and become a bit out of place, but he thinks its worth it... sometimes. he wants to help people and help his sister gain a few confidence boosts and become herself around anyone, and he offers help for those who need it.
